• Individual Therapy

Individual therapy can provide relief for anxiety, depression, stress, irritability, and panic. I provide short and long-term therapy to support you through the challenges of life stressors, transitions, grief, work, and relationships. Growth comes from understanding our inner world and how we relate to others. I seek to support self-discovery and self-fulfillment through a deep acceptance for who you are.

“We cannot change, we cannot move away from what we are, until we thoroughly accept what we are. Then change seems to come about almost unnoticed.”

― Carl R. Rogers, On Becoming a Person

  • Couples and Relationship Therapy

I approach work with couples and non-traditional configurations using attachment theory to understand the disconnection, communication issues, and common dynamics that can happen in relationships. I specialize in providing sex positive, affirming therapy to people in ethical non-monogamous relationships, open relationships, or those who engage in kink, BDSM, and other alternative forms of sexuality. Whether you are in a non-traditional relationship or exploring one, I seek to provide guidance to developing a relationship that is communicative, respectful of each other’s boundaries, and with awareness towards each other’s needs and feelings.

I use the Gottman method and Emotionally Focused Therapy when working with couples. I have completed Level 1 and 2 trainings at the Gottman Institute and Emotionally Focused Therapy Externship Training.

“Am I living in a way which is deeply satisfying to me, and which truly expresses me?”
