• Polyamory and Alternative Relationships

I believe there are many ways to be in relationship and will support you to discover how to create and sustain relationships so that they are fulfilling, authentic, and supportive.

My approach is affirming, sex-positive, consent focused, with a deep appreciation and respect for all types of relationships.

I have experience with the issues of opening up, consensual non-monogamy, navigating polyamory, and polyamorous family systems.

  • Living With Psychosis and Those That Support Them

Living with psychosis well is something I care deeply about. Our society doesn’t have great ways to support people living with psychosis or their caretakers. I am experienced working with people who have had profound psychiatric experiences, hearing voices and experiencing paranoia and delusional thoughts. My goal is to minimize the impact of stigma and provide tools to manage these symptoms well.

I’m also passionate about providing therapy to friends, partners, family, and caregivers to those with psychosis. I have extensive experience assisting friends and families with education, therapeutic support, and case management to ensure that caregivers have tools for self-care, boundary setting, and resources to support them.

  • Self-Discovery and Awareness

Deepening awareness of our feelings, thoughts, and behaviors allows us to be truly honest with ourselves. Growth comes from understanding our inner world and how we relate to others. I seek to support your self-discovery and experience self-fulfillment through a deep acceptance of who you are.

The most fundamental aggression to ourselves, the most fundamental harm we can do to ourselves, is to remain ignorant by not having the courage and the respect to look at ourselves honestly and gently.
